The Center for STEM Education supports students at all grade levels including university undergraduates and graduates. We seek to provide enrichment opportunities in STEM to build STEM content and related skills such as problem solving, critical thinking, and research skills. Through our programs, STEM careers become accessible for all students. Our emphasis is on discipline-based content with real-world connections. An empahsis on critical thinking, project-based and problem-based learning, computational thinking, student STEM research, engineering practices and arts connections provide powerful experiences for students to realize their full potential as a learning of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
