Super competition


The University of North Carolina at Charlotte Center for STEM Education and the Department of Mathematics and Statistics are pleased to present the 2024 Super Competition in the College of Health & Human Services Building on Monday, March 4, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  High school students are encouraged to compete in mathematics and science testing for the opportunity to win awards and advance to the North Carolina State High School Mathematics Contest at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics in Durham, NC. Participating scholars have the opportunity to compete in the following contests:

  • Chemistry I;
  • Mathematics Level 3 (Math III only);
  • Mathematics Comprehensive (Math III and higher); and
  • Physics

School registration is permitted only. A school personnel sponsor is required to register. No individual registration is permitted. No substitutions/changes to student testing assignment is permitted after registration is submitted.

Cost: $15.00 per student, per subject (payable online) before January 31, 2024.
Cost: $20.00 per student, per subject after January 31, 2024.
Registration Deadline: February 19, 2024
