Registration Deadline – Online Registration Form with student lists must be received at the Center for STEM
Education by midnight, Friday, January 21, 2022. Note that registration is online only. Contest fee is $10.00
per participant per contest; maximum total of $20.00 per student if registering for two contests. Students may register for only
one math contest.

A payment Invoice Form will be found at the end of the Registration Form, for you to complete, print, and
submit along with your payment according to the directions on the Invoice Form.

Payment Deadline –Invoice Form, along with check made out to UNC Charlotte, must be mailed to the
address at the bottom of the Invoice Form, postmarked by Monday, February 4, 2022.

Final information will be emailed to teacher/sponsors by the Center for STEM Education on receipt of fee payment.
