Virtual Thursday Series, Aneesh Sudigala, April 30, 2026

Mr. Aneesh Sudigala served as the guest speaker for the April 30, 2026 Virtual Thursday, a component of the STEM Pre-College Program.

Aneesh Sudigala is an outstanding alumnus of the STEM Pre-College Program at UNC Charlotte and one of only three students statewide to receive a $5,000 scholarship from the William Randolph Hearst Foundation. Selected among top students from programs across North Carolina, Aneesh distinguished himself through excellence in computer science, leadership, and service.

A graduate of Weddington High School and a participant in the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics Online Program, Aneesh has earned recognition in Information Technology and Cybersecurity through FBLA and helped lead his team to a first-place finish at the Regional VEX Robotics Competition. He is also a recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award for contributing over 200 hours to his community.

Currently a information science major at UNC Chapel Hill, Aneesh credits the STEM Pre-College Program for sparking and strengthening his passion for the field.
