Spring 2026

 The UNC Charlotte Center for STEM Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated instructors for the Engineering Mathematics Saturday Academy, a core component of the UNC Charlotte STEM Pre-College Program. This exciting program engages middle school students (grades 6–8) in exploring the intersection of mathematics, engineering, and scientific inquiry through hands-on, standards-aligned activities.

Qualified candidates include certified public school teachers in STEM, graduate students in STEM-related fields, or STEM professionals with an interest and experience in working with middle school students.

Instructors will play a vital role in planning and delivering engaging lessons, facilitating hands-on activities, and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment that inspires students to pursue further studies and careers in STEM fields.
